Exceptionally comfortable bed in the a double room, plus central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and a flat-screen TV. Very attentive and helpful staff, magnificent location right by the beach, the mountains, and restaurants.

The location is great and fancy and with free parking. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Ajax, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

Really enjoyed my 7 nights stay. The room was luxurious and elegant with couch, view to an active constructionsite and the coffee, everything was good. Hotel's staff were nice! Excellent dishes were served at the a la carte restaurant. You guys made my stay nice.

Very nice stay, as always. The hotel with big size rooms, in a very quiet area, by beautiful nature. Extra care from the decent and excellent staff. Particularly good and fancy location and clean facilities.

On the bright side, there were a few positive aspects of my experience. The waiter named "Mihaela" at the buffet was the star of the serving staff. She was prompt, cute, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my liking. The reception staff also deserves a shout-out for being helpful and always welcoming with a smile. Lastly, the outside jacuzzi was absolutely awesome, and I found the pool area to be clean and well-maintained. The variety of food options at the buffet was also a pleasant surprise.

I have to admit, the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit disappointing. There were cobwebs on the ceiling fan in the room, and to make matters worse, I spotted two cockroaches strolling casually on the TV stand.

Greatly enjoyed Kranevo, the hotel was beautiful on the seaside. My room was big with couch. The venue was very close to the sea and the forest and the Eco Therma restaurant and most beach towns along the Black Sea thanks to its particularly good location. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, it has luxurious rooms and magnificent location. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the nice staff. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a beautiful view, tea supplied and comfortable beds and care about everyone. The venue provides a good service. Every time we stay in Kranevo, like to stay here...

This hotel was quiet and I appreciated it. The location was good and fancy, the staff were accommodating. The à la carte restaurant and outdoor bar were also available.

Everything is very good, the room is panoramic and huge with a sea-view, couch plus the coffee.

We had a great time at this hotel with our kids. The facilities were clean and new, including pools and water slides. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. Parking was free and easily accessible. The staff were helpful and efficient.

Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The amenities were amazing, especially the indoor and outdoor pools. Our kids loved the water slides and we enjoyed the sauna and steam bath. The villas offered plenty of space for our group and it was a bonus that there was a charging station for electric cars. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and with plenty of parking available.

The food was not great and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of tourists. , the cleaning service was lacking as we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for toilet paper multiple times.
